3. Fees and Payment
Session and course fees are as published on our website or communicated to you at the time of booking. Payment is currently accepted in person or by bank transfer. Where online payment is introduced in future, the same terms will apply. Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
By Richmond Tuition: In the unlikely event we need to cancel a session, we will offer a replacement session or a full refund for that session.
By the parent/guardian:
- Weekly sessions: Bookings are taken on a half-termly basis. We offer a free, no-obligation trial to see if the sessions are a good fit for you and your child. After that, once enrolment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
- Intensive courses: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the course are non-refundable, except at our discretion.
